Multi Serve: Does it merit its charitable status? It is all very strange
There is something fishy going on here: I hope Multi Serve has not been stashing away money with the intention of starting charter schools. I do accept that we will find Multi Serve saying they invest a lot in chasing overseas contracts but something is seriously askew.
